All expedition bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Submitting an inquiry form does not guarantee a booking. A binding agreement is only formed when we provide written confirmation of your reservation.
Prices displayed on the website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. The price confirmed at the time of booking will be honored for that reservation.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation terms vary by expedition type and timing. Full details will be provided in your booking confirmation. Generally:
- Cancellations made 30 or more days before departure may receive a partial refund
- Cancellations made within 30 days of departure are non-refundable
- We reserve the right to cancel expeditions due to insufficient enrollment or unsafe conditions
Assumption of Risk
Participation in outdoor activities involves inherent risks including but not limited to: physical exertion, weather extremes, wildlife encounters, terrain hazards, and equipment failure. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge these risks and agree to assume full responsibility for any injuries or damages that may occur.
Health and Fitness Requirements
Participants are responsible for ensuring they meet the physical fitness requirements for their chosen expedition. We recommend consulting with a healthcare provider before participating in strenuous outdoor activities. Participants must disclose any medical conditions that may affect their participation.

The materials on Crimson Branch's website are provided on an "as is" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim and negate all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
